The Rules:Advanced:Tournaments:Powers Dual Weapon Use: The character may use dual weapons whose "dice sum" total 2 points above his usable melee weapon die. Thus, a character who can wield a d10 weapon may now wield (10+2 = 12) a d6/d6 combination, or a d8/d4 combination. Critical modifiers are NOT reduced while using the dual weapons permitted by this power. Available to all classes except single-classed Mages and Illusionists, Martial Artists, Thieves, and multi-classed Thieves.
