	The Rules:Basic Creating a Character Before you create a character, make sure your email is set to receive mail from @rhydin.net names. On the same subject, you will also need to be able to enter chat rooms and send and receive Instant Messages either throuh AIM or AOL. To create the character, click on Create a New Character. Carefully follow the instructions there to submit your character.
